Share

The Vlushka District project represents a residential building integrated into a densely structured urban context, where contemporary architecture addresses the challenge of infill through a clearly defined form and a distinctive yet unobtrusive presence in the space.

Architectural concept and urban context

The building’s volumetry responds to the surrounding development, respecting the street scale and the lines of existing roof cornices, while the contemporary architectural language creates a recognizable identity.

Facade Design and Residential Layout

The facade is articulated with strong horizontal lines, deep loggias, and transparent glass surfaces that ensure optimal interior lighting and resident privacy. The apartments are designed as luxury residential units, emphasizing comfort, spatial flexibility, and quality of living. Large glass walls open the interiors to the outdoors, while terraces and loggias are conceived as extensions of the living spaces. Materials are carefully selected to reflect a contemporary urban expression – a balanced composition of concrete, wood, and glass.

Rooftop level and urban identity

The rooftop level is conceived as a private urban oasis – with terraces and views over the cityscape – defining the top of the building as a zone of relaxation and exclusivity. Vlushka District introduces a new level of urban living in the city center: contemporary aesthetics, high-quality spaces, and architecture that not only constructs a building but also shapes the urban identity.
