The spatial concept is shaped to preserve the intimate character of the location, with carefully oriented views toward the garden and controlled visual relationships with the surroundings. The building’s placement and volumetric composition are adapted to the scale of the neighboring structures and the urban context.

Architectural expression

The building is defined by clear, contemporary volumes articulated through subtle horizontal and vertical shifts. The façade composition balances solid and transparent surfaces, creating an elegant and timeless architectural identity. The entrance volume is accentuated through the use of contrasting materials and a pronounced vertical element, clearly defining the approach and establishing a representative presence.
