Kempinski Hotel Adriatic Istria

As part of the prestigious Kempinski Hotel Adriatic Istria resort, this interior design project for luxury villas and penthouses was developed with the goal of creating a refined and contemporary environment tailored to high-end hospitality standards. The project combines the elegance of Mediterranean living with the warmth of natural materials, emphasising privacy, comfort and a strong connection with the surrounding landscape.

Contemporary luxury in a mediterranean setting

The interior concept is based on clean lines, understated elegance and carefully balanced tones that create a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Natural materials such as wood, stone and soft textiles were used throughout the spaces, while selected lighting features and bespoke furniture elements further enhance the exclusive character of the interiors. Large glass openings allow abundant natural light into the spaces while visually connecting the interiors with outdoor terraces and sea views, creating a seamless relationship between interior and exterior areas. Particular attention was given to openness, spatial fluidity and the overall sense of lightness within the design.

Functionality and comfort as the foundation of the project

The project includes spacious living areas, elegant dining spaces, luxurious bedrooms and wellness-inspired bathrooms designed to meet the standards of contemporary high-end hospitality. Each area was carefully planned to ensure maximum functionality while maintaining a strong sense of intimacy and relaxation. A neutral colour palette contributes to the calm and refined atmosphere, while subtle accent elements introduce character and visual depth without disrupting the overall harmony of the space. The interiors were designed to simultaneously satisfy aesthetic, functional and experiential requirements expected from luxury accommodation.
