The project explores a balance between privacy and openness through clean volumes, natural materials, and clearly defined outdoor spaces.
Architectural Concept
The design is based on a composition of horizontally articulated volumes that follow the natural topography of the site. The house is developed across three levels, each establishing a direct connection with the outdoors. The lower level opens toward the pool and garden, the middle level forms the main living area with a spacious terrace, while the upper level is conceived as a more intimate zone with additional outdoor amenities. Clean lines and pronounced cantilevers create a dynamic silhouette, while a neutral material palette contributes to the building’s timeless character.
Spatial Organization and Functionality
The interior is organized as a continuous sequence of open spaces, emphasizing fluid movement and visual connectivity. Large glass surfaces allow abundant natural light and blur the boundary between interior and exterior. The living room, kitchen, and dining area form the core of the house, with direct access to the terrace and pool. Private rooms are positioned in quieter parts of the building, ensuring a high level of privacy, while additional features such as the outdoor dining area and lounge zones are carefully integrated into the overall composition.
Materials and Atmosphere
The selection of materials is based on natural textures and durability. Stone and concrete dominate the façade, conveying a sense of solidity and permanence, while wooden elements introduce warmth and contrast. Dark metal details emphasize the contemporary character of the building. The landscape design follows the architectural language, using native vegetation and subtle interventions that further highlight the natural context. The overall atmosphere conveys calmness, elegance, and understated luxury.
