The project encompasses two modern luxury villas located on plots in Vrbnik, on the island of Krk, offering stunning views of the sea and the old town. Both villas are designed as private residences that harmoniously integrate with the natural terrain while maximizing natural light and panoramic vistas.

Location and surroundings

The villas are situated on plots that follow the natural slope of the terrain, ensuring a seamless integration into the surrounding landscape and optimal use of views and sunlight. The location provides both privacy and easy access while maintaining a strong connection to the scenic surroundings.

Architecture and villa design

Both villas are two-story residences with irregular floor plans, oriented east and south to fully exploit sea views and natural light. Main living spaces open directly onto terraces, creating a sense of spaciousness and visual continuity between interior and exterior environments.

Amenities and functionality

Each villa includes an outdoor pool and an auxiliary building housing wellness facilities, including a sauna and storage space. Terraces follow the terrain slope, allowing for comfortable outdoor living, while parking and access areas are integrated within the plots to ensure privacy and functionality.
