The luxury villa project in Dubrovnik was developed as an integrated architectural and design concept in which architecture, interior, and landscape merge into a single, cohesive spatial experience.

Architectural concept and context

The luxury villa project in Dubrovnik was developed as an integrated architectural and design entity in which architecture, interior design, and landscape merge into a unified spatial experience. The concept is based on a clear idea of contemporary luxury expressed through pure architectural form and a strong connection to the natural and urban surroundings. The villa is conceived as a discreet intervention in the landscape, respecting the context while emphasizing views toward the sea and the historic city skyline, including vistas of the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

Massing, landscape and spatial experience

The cascading volumes follow the steep topography of the site, enabling optimal integration of the building into the slope. This approach reduces the visual impact on the environment while opening panoramic views toward the city and the sea. Large glazed surfaces, spacious terraces, and a rooftop pool create a strong connection with the landscape, allowing the horizon to become an integral part of everyday living. The architecture thus opens toward the exterior, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces and emphasizing the Mediterranean character of the residence.

Interior, materiality and luxury

The interior is conceived as a natural extension of the architecture-sophisticated, restrained, and functional. Materials, lighting, and spatial proportions are carefully coordinated to achieve a sense of elegance, comfort, and privacy. Each space is oriented toward the view as the dominant element, further strengthening the relationship between architecture and landscape. The project represents a contemporary interpretation of luxury Mediterranean living, thoughtfully integrated into its context and historical setting.
