Development components and functionality
Phase Two includes the construction of four mixed-use buildings, together forming a new hub for living and working. With over 300 residential units, this phase continues the integration of housing with commercial and office spaces, emphasizing everyday quality of life and a vibrant urban character. The ground floors of all buildings will host retail and service spaces, activating pedestrian corridors and encouraging interaction between residents and the city.

The second phase further reinforces the complex’s visual identity through buildings of varying heights, including a prominent centerpiece that dominates the skyline and becomes a new city landmark.
