As part of the prestigious Petram Resort & Residences development, luxurious lower-ground-floor interiors were designed as an extension of the villas’ living environment. Moving beyond the traditional role of a basement, these spaces were conceived as multifunctional areas dedicated to recreation, entertainment, wellness and everyday convenience. The design approach focused on creating a seamless balance between functionality and contemporary aesthetics, resulting in an exclusive environment tailored to the expectations of modern luxury living.

Multifunctional Spaces for Leisure and Entertainment

At the heart of the lower-ground-floor layout is a dedicated entertainment area designed as an elegant social hub.
