This 900 m2 mixed-use building is located in the foot of the Ivancica mountain, in a small town Lobor.
It is a three story building with livable attic on the top floor that comprises of public spaces on the ground floor and housing units on the second and third floor.
The objective was to create a house that fits into its surroundings, with its form, design and finishes, but also brings something contemporary and new into a small town.
The form is simple, a rectangular plan, with gable roof, common for old traditional architecture of this area. The roof is divided into two separate gables by a roof terrace.
There are two separate entrances, one for the offices of Lobor municipality and the other for tenants. Both entrances are from a small intimate public square on the north side.
