The building houses business/commerce spaces on the ground floor and residential units on two upper floors. The second floor is a livable attic, with gabled roof above.
The entrance to commerce spaces is from a small public square in front and tenants have a separate private entrance on the opposite side of the building.
Next to this building is also mixed-use building L2 and they together with the existing buildings form a small public square in between.
The from follows traditional architecture with rectangular plan and gabled roof, but with some contemporary details.
